Considering: That the deed of amendment to the articles that are submitted are not things that are contrary to the usual conditions required for approval of amendment to the articles of association of the company limited budget so there are no objections to approval of the articles of the member in question.

DECIDE
set:
FIRST: Giving approval for the change of Article 4, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the Articles of Association of the Company Limited: PT Bermindo Nusantara TIN 13102100021 domiciled in Jakarta, as the changes contained in the deed that was made on December 14, 1994 before Notary number 95 in Ms. Sari, SH based in Jakarta.
SECOND: This decision was communicated to the concerned to be understood and implemented as appropriate.
